December 2010

Wow December has completely blown  past us!!! So lets do a quick recap. Lets start with Aiden. We have noticed the house getting really quiet lately (which normally means someone is up to something). Cameron of course would be playing quietly by himself but Aiden would be nowhere to be found; that is until we looked hear:
He was in brothers bed.
Cameron did not like the fact that Aiden was sleeping in his bed. So since then we have rearranged their room and have turned Aiden's crib into a toddler bed. Aiden LOVES the new arrangements. I think he feels like a big boy.

Aiden has been very buys trying to keep up with Cameron. He thinks that what ever Cameron has touched is gold and that he has to touch it and when he does I normally see this very satisfied look on his face.
Ha,ha, I got it! :)
Christmas was really good. Santa was very nice to the boys this year. We kept it quiet since the boys were starting to get sick.
Waiting with anticipation. Don's ask why he took off his PJs. I don't know why.
Can I come out now??? Please????
Cameron LOVES trains. You might be able to see Nathan's parents in the back. They were able to watch the kids open their presents through web cam.
We have learned that nothing can come between Cameron and his trains.
Aiden is trying to figure out why his toy kept making noise.
Over all Aiden had fun. He loves all the toys his brother got and wanted to play with them all.
Cameron had fun helping me make a train. He did not like the fact the candies were getting "dirty." Sorry about the blurry picture, Cameron had fun playing around with the settings without me noticing.

Surprise!!!

It has been creeping around the house and causing trouble!!! It was hard to get but we got it. :)

Wait for it....
It's coming...
No one is safe! Not even the puppy.
Introducing Mr. Jaws!!! He may be cute but don't let the toothy grin fool you. He will get you when you least expect it!

Box

Who know that boxes would be so much fun!!! I was trying to clean up the floor and vacuum it, at the same time, Aiden kept pulling things back out. So I stuck him in a box and he loved it!!! His brother wanted to get in with him so I had to find another box for him. They played with the boxes for a good hour. Needless to say I was having so much fun with them that I sadly did not get the floor vacuumed. I think I can get away with giving boxes to the boys for Christmas and they would be happy as pie. Don't you think?

Box Boys :)

Josh

On Wednesday Nathan was able to take his brother to the MTC. Josh will be serving in the Philippines Iloilo Mission. He was so excited. It was fun hanging out with him for a while. We are so excited for him and hope that he has lots of fun. We love you Josh!!!

Josh decided to share his cookies that the airline served. Aiden tried to attack him with it.

Exciting Times

On Friday Lisa's brother Olan married a very beautiful and nice young lady named Sarah. We are so happy for them. Congratulations Olan and Sarah. We love you very much!!

Aiden

Aiden has gotten so big!! Just today his first tooth finally cut through. Poor kid he is not a happy camper. Aiden has started crawling and pulling himself up to stand. Cameron does not like the fact that Aiden is going after his stuff now, but Aiden just loves it when Cameron gets close to him even though Cameron is normally taking away something from him. It is so much fun to watch him learn and grow.

Hi bright eyes. Please don't eat brothers shoe.

Such a big boy!

I got caught.

Cameron

Cameron has been very busy. He has been working so hard on his communication skills and has improved leaps and bounds since having the tubes put into his ears. He went from hardly talking at all to saying two word sentences. Cameron has found a love for jumping!! I am sure my neighbors are loving it (not)!! Cameron is my mister independent but he is still my mister helpful. Below are some fun pictures of him.

Like son, like father.

Cameron wanted to try and feed Aiden.

Quick review of summer 2010

We have been pretty busy since our June post and have not updated anything after it. Sorry. Here is a quick idea of what we have done.

At the end of June while helping Grandma and Grandpa N. with their move preparations, Cameron got to get on a horse and ride it for the first time. He did not like it at first but after a while he loved it and did not want to get off!
At the beginning of July we decided to go to Arizona for a little break and see Nathan's parents. The boys had fun and loved being there. Grandpa M. liked to play around with the boys and making them laugh.
Grandma M. kept the boys very busy!!! For that I am grateful for because they slept very will at night and took very good naps.

While in Arizona we went on up to Pine and visited Nathan's Grandma C. She is such a sweetheart. This is the first time she has seen and held Aiden.
Great Grandma C. has the best tire swing at her place and Cameron LOVED it!!

We came back to home for about a week and then we took off back for the Clement family reunion in Flagstaff Arizona. We are so grateful that it was nice weather the whole entire time we where there.

Aiden's first time camping. I think he liked it!!

On the hike Nathan pretended to be Indiana Jones
On the top: Aiden is relaxing with his Uncle Josh. Below: By the end of camping Cameron was wiped out and sun burnt. He did not stop for one second. But he had lots of fun.

In August we spent as much time as we could outside before Nathan had to go back to school. Below are some pictures of those adventures.

Nathan taught Cameron that he could throw rocks and sticks into the river.

Every single time Cameron made a splash he got super excited about it.

After a long day of throwing rocks and walking, he was done for. Notice the sandwich and the rock in his hand? After every outing he always found a rock that he wanted to bring home.
You may be wondering where Aiden is. Let me tell you. He was more then happy to stay in his carrier and sleep. Here is the only picture of him awake while we were out.

That pretty much sums ups our summer. We hope that you all had a wonderful summer as will.
