Photos Gallore

We've had the opportunity to spend time with both sides of the extended family. In addition, we were able to get lots of pictures with everyone. So this post is going to be a bunch of up-to-date family photos.

Choo-Choo-Whee!!!

Not sure whether Cameron is ready to be a big boy or not. We'll never know unless we put him to the test though! So he has no diaper at the moment, and he is running around in underwear with trains on it. I'm wondering how long it will be until he wets himself and says "eeww" (one of his newest words).

There is more to update you about: Cameron had a minor surgery done today: tubes got put in his ears. The fluid that has been there for a year and a half can drain. He should be able to hear better out of his one ear. His pronunciation of some words has improved already before the surgery, and I suspect that his pronunciation will improve more rapidly now. He is also slowly gaining a bigger vocabulary, but still not near as fast as I would like. But he is overall doing really good. Here are some of his latest pictures.

Bye-bye pacifier, and hello thumb!

Aiden used to suck on a pacifier all the time. But now he hasn't used it for a few weeks. He found an upgraded model of his succulent sucker right on his hand! No longer does he have to wait for the scrumptious morsel to arrive at his mouth. Aiden is in complete control now, and he can satisfy his oral cravings without our help.

The blog beggggged for a makeover!

So I gave it one. Truthfully, this is the first blog that either one of us has ever done...so it's had a very generic look since it was born. But no longer! I have mutilated that borrowed blue/tan background, and I have made my own background! Credit goes to Lisa's sister Jana though; she is the one that took the photo and edited the leaf to make it red. I was the one who stole it, chopped it in half, and put my blog in the middle of it. Pure genius, isn't it? I've been craving a dark background for a week now. As you can see, I've finally got off my butt (or more correctly, I've finally sat down on my butt) and made my theme dream come true! Yay!
